GRADE 4

Welcome back to school and I hope that we all had a wonderful break. Grade 4 students have had a great start to this academic year.

In English, the students have been learning about different types of nouns, finding the main idea of texts and how to write an autobiography. In Mathematics, they have been focusing on naming numbers, place value, addition and subtraction. They also participated in an incursion in which they watched a virtual reality show about Indigenous Australians. It gave them an opportunity to learn more about culture and traditions of Indigenous people.

I would like to welcome two new students Hina Hussain and Mueez Ansari to our class. They have settled in quickly and made new friends. I wish my students good luck for this academic year. Together we will try our best!
